If you are systematically working your way down the Paris recommendations of The Hop Leaves, you are already aware that Brewberry Bar puts up a strong showing and a visit to the Latin Quarter has consequently been added to your itinerary. Right? Right? Well, that little excursion just got substantially better my friend, because they also have a very nicely-stocked Cave à Bières across the street from the bar. In fact, depending on the experience you're after, the Cave (which predates the bar) may be even more of a reason to make the trek. Be warned, you should plan to bring a backpack or sizable shoulder bag . . . as you're not getting out of here without some souvenirs. This place has a deep selection of quality beers from all over the globe. Whale hunters, ready your spearguns.

Why is this on THL?

Every once in a while, you stumble onto one of those places you know you'll return to again someday (multiple times). As considerable as the selection is at Brewberry Cave à Bières, though, it is not really just about the beer proudly on display in this little den. Plan to experience a highly-informed and friendly staff, in an atmosphere to linger in . . . and just be . . . a geek. As always, be sure to double-check the hours of operation, they are different than the bar.
