Opening its doors in 2017, Protokoll is one of the latest additions to make a solid impact on the Berlin beer scene. Located in the mesmerizing Friedrichshainer Kiez, they've certainly made quite a splash upon entry. The team behind Protokoll are the nicest bunch of guys you could be lucky enough to meet in your travels and the same can be said for their personable Bar Manager Ben (look for the beard). In addition to their very good taste in neighborhood selection, the venue itself is quite nice. The attention to detail, right down to those stunning tap handles, is second to none. Expect to find a refined roster of gems spanning from Russia to the US, and everything European in between.

They've traveled the world too and will be passing along everything they've learned in the form of a thoughtfully curated beer list.
